1. How long do balloons float?

   That depends on the balloon. Most balloons will float 12 to 18 hours unless treated. Applying a treatment will extend the float time to as long as 2 weeks.

2. What is the cost range of balloons?

   We do everything from economical loose balloons to elaborate convention center décor. From $10 to $10,000 there is nothing too small or too big.

3. Are balloons bad for the environment?

   The professional grade balloons we use are made from the sap of an environmentally sustainable palm tree. The balloons disintegrate in about the same time as a cabbage leaf.

4. How does the climate affect balloons?

   We love to use balloons outside and they do make a large visual impact. We do everything possible to them to help them during this kind of event, but we cannot place any guarantees on them as weather plays a very large role in how balloons fair outside. Wind causes issues with the lightweight structures, and moving dust and debris will cause the balloons to pop. Also, exposure to summertime heat forces them to expand and pop.

5. Do you deliver?

   Yes, we deliver in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area. The cost of delivery varies on the distance within the metroplex. Call us at 817.367.3100 for specific details.

6. Do you do custom designs?

   Yes, the majority of our creations are one-of-a-kind creations. We try very hard not to do the same thing twice, as we want your event to be unique.

7. What colors do you carry?

   From periwinkle to pumpkin to fresh cut grass green - we can custom create any color you want. Just bring us a sample of the color you are wanting us to match.

8. What is the difference between your balloons and the balloons from a local party supply store?

   Our balloons are of a professional grade and we Certified Balloon Artists (CBA). It is for these reasons that our balloons are all inflated to exactly the same size and therefore last longer for your enjoyment. We also guarantee our balloons to last a minimum of 16-18 hours depending on the barometric pressure and surroundings. (children, cats, dogs, and playful adults)

9. Can I pick up my balloons?

   Certainly, if you have a means of transporting the balloons, we have no problem with you picking them up from our design studio. Remember though, balloons are free floating and can be difficult to drive with, we recommend our modestly priced delivery service.
